NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING                                                       
Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting ("General Meeting") of holders of 
1time shares, will be held in the boardroom of the Company`s offices, 16 Quality
Street, Isando, Johannesburg, at 10h00 on Wednesday, 2 November 2011 for the    
purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without modification,
the resolutions as set out in the Notice of General Meeting as posted on        
Wednesday, 28 September 2011 to shareholders recorded in the share register as  
at Friday, 23 September 2011.                                                   
In terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of the Companies Act, the 
General Meeting is to be participated in and voted at by holders as at record   
date of Friday, 21 October 2011. Accordingly, the last day to trade to be       
entitled to vote will be Friday, 14 October 2011.                               
Shareholders are advised that forms of proxy must be lodged with or posted to   
the Company, c/o Computershare Investor Services (Proprietary) Limited, 70      
Marshall Street, Johannesburg, 2001 (PO Box 61051, Marshalltown, 2107), to be   
received by no later than 10h00 on Monday, 31 October 2011.
