Dividend Declaration                                                            
Following BSI`s maiden dividend declared in 2010, and after careful             
assessment of both relevant macroeconomic and other prudential factors, the     
board is pleased to announce a cash dividend for the year ended 31 March        
2011 of 2 cents per share (2010: 2 cents per share)("ordinary dividend").       
The salient dates relating to the ordinary dividend are as follows:             
Last day to trade cum the ordinary dividend Friday, 14 October 2011             
Ordinary shares commence trading ex the     Monday, 17 October 2011             
ordinary dividend                                                               
Ordinary dividend record date               Friday, 21 October 2011             
Payment date of ordinary dividend           Monday, 24 October 2011             
Ordinary share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised         
between Monday, 17 October 2011 and Friday, 21 October 2011, both days          
inclusive.
