NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the 
year ended 30 June 2011 were posted to shareholders on, 21 September 2011, and  
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 30      
August 2011.                                                                    
The results of the company were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc and their 
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.          
Following the posting of the company`s annual financial statements, it came to  
the attention of the company that five pages of the Annual Report relating to   
the notice of meeting together with the form of proxy had been excluded from    
some copies of the Annual Report during the printing process. Reprinted Annual  
Reports will be posted to shareholders on 26 September 2011.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be   
held in the boardroom, 4th Floor, 27 Fredman Drive, Sandown, Sandton, on Monday,

annual general meeting.
