DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES                                         
In compliance with paragraph 122(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71       
of 2008) ("the Act") and  paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of     
JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that TCS has received formal       
notification in the prescribed form that Mr Mark Nurick together with           
related and inter-related parties as defined in section 2 of the Act            
(collectively referred to as "the parties"), have acquired a beneficial         
interest in securities in the company, such that the total beneficial           
interest held by the parties is now 18.46% of the total issued securities       
of TCS.
