IFH - IFA Hotels & Resorts Limited - Trading update for the twelve months ended 30 June 2011 IFA Hotels & Resorts Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1919/001318/06) Share code: IFH ISIN: ZAE000075669 ("IFA" or "the Group") Trading update for the twelve months ended 30 June 2011 In accordance with paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the reporting period will differ by more than 20% from those of the previous corresponding period. Shareholders of IFA are therefore advised that the loss per share for the twelve months ended 30 June 2011 is expected to be between 13.00 cents and 15.00 cents (2010: loss 31.30 cents per share) and the headline loss per share for the twelve months ended 30 June 2011 is expected to be between 18.00 cents and 20.00 cents (2010: loss 26.59 cents per share). The results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2011 will be published towards the end of September 2011. The improved results for the twelve months ended 30 June 2011 are mainly attributable to a gain on the disposal of the Group`s Namibian interest and lower finance costs. These have been partially offset by an increase in equity accounted losses.
