CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,  
the board of directors of 1time ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders  
that Mr Khaya Sikosana, Ms Selemeng Mokose, Mr Brandon Topham and Mr Rinesh     
Ramkissoon have been appointed to the Board with effect from 2 September 2011.  
Functions of the new directors:                                                 
Mr Khaya Sikosana CA(SA) - independent non-executive director;                  
Ms Selemeng Mokose BA(LLB) - independent non-executive director;                
Mr Brandon Topham BProc (LLM), CA(SA), Adv. Cert. Taxation, ACMA, CFE -         
independent non-executive director; and                                         
Mr Rinesh Ramkissoon B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical) - executive director and CEO 
of Safair Technical (Proprietary) Limited.                                      
Further, the Board hereby notifies its shareholders that the function of Mr     
Blacky Komani has changed from that of non-executive director to Group CEO, with
effect from 1 October 2011, replacing Mr Glenn Orsmond who has resigned with    
effect from 1 October 2011, but will serve in the Group Financial Director      
position until November while a suitable replacement is found. The board wishes 
Glenn well in his future endeavours and thanks him for his contribution to the  
company.                                                                        
The Board welcomes Khaya, Selemeng, Brandon and Rinesh and looks forward to     
their contribution to the Company. The Board further congratulates Blacky on his
appointment as Group CEO.
