OLI - O-line Holdings Limited - Trading Statement O-line Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2006/034685/06) Share code: OLI ISIN code: ZAE000110730 ("O-line" or "the Company") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are referred to the trading statement announcement on 11 August 2011, and are hereby advised that earnings per share ("EPS") and headline earnings per share ("HEPS")from continuing operations for the year ended 30 June 2011 are expected to be 74% higher than the corresponding period EPS and HEPS from continuing operations, being 16.47 and 16.55 cents respectively. These numbers are based on a weighted average number of shares of 235,339,705. After share buy-back there were 213,423,750 shares in issue. Included in the EPS and HEPS calculation from continuing operations is the reversal of the impairment of the Armco Management loans of R8,053 million. The results for the year ended 30 June 2011 are expected to be released on SENS on or about 30 September 2011.
