The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company`s securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 16 September 2011 being the voting record date set by the Board of the Company determining which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting will therefore be Friday, 9 September 2011. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 09h00 on Thursday, 29 September 2011. Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general meeting immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
