Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the            
Company for the year ended 28 February 2011 will be posted to                   
shareholders, on 31 August  2011 and contain no modifications to the            
audited results which were released on SENS on 30 May 2011.   KPMG              
audited the results and their report is available for inspection at the         
company`s registered office.                                                    
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                            
As per the Notice of Annual General Meeting mailed to shareholders on 10        
August 2011, shareholders are reminded that the Annual General Meeting of       
Rockwell shareholders will be held at Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia             
Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on Friday, 9 September 2011         
at 14h00 (Canadian time) and 23h00 (South African time) to transact the         
business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
