Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the board of directors of the company hereby       
announces the following changes to the board and senior management:             
-    Mr Amihai Azoulay has been appointed as a non-executive director       
         with effect from 1 August 2011; and                                    
    -    Mr Bradley Allison has been appointed as Company Secretary with        
         effect from 1 August 2011.
