RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPOINTMENT AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR.   
The board of Trustco Group Holdings Limited advises that at the Annual General  
Meeting of shareholders held today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice
of Annual General Meeting contained in the Company`s 2011 Annual Report, were   
duly approved by the requisite majority.                                        
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a)and 3.84 (f) of the JSE Limited Listings    
Requirements shareholders are hereby further advised that Ms V De Klerk has been
re-appointed to the board and Mr Adrian Lee Bock has been appointed as an       
executive director with immediate effect.                                       
Furthermore, in compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings   
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Monica Nashandi has retired from 
the board as a non-executive director with effect from 19 August 2011.
