TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are         
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably          
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next        
will differ by at least 20% from the previous corresponding period.             
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Litha expects its earnings per       
share for the six months to 30 June 2011 to be between 50% and 70% higher       
than earnings per share for the six months to 30 June 2010, and headline        
earnings per share for the six months to 30 June 2011 to be between 20% and     
40% higher than headline earnings per share for the six months to 30 June       
2010.                                                                           
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not      
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
