AGLIHI - Investec Bank Limited - Cancellation of declared dividend announcement on Anglo American Plc hot enhanced dividend securities - JSE SHARE CODE: AGLIHI JSE ISIN CODE: ZAE000158374 CANCELLATION OF DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON ANGLO AMERICAN PLC HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("AGLIHI") On 02 August 2011 Investec Bank Limited announced that the declared dividend of 185.98 cents per security would be payable on Thursday,15 September 2011 to Holders of AGLIHI Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities in possession of the warrant as of the record date Friday, 19 August 2011. Subsequently, a notice of barrier announcement was made on 10 August 2011 by Investec Bank Limited as the issuer of AGLIHI (HOT EDS); which advised the Holders of the breach of the stop loss level of R277.00 in the Underlying Share, and the resultant termination of AGLIHI (HOT EDS) as of close of business Monday, 08 August 2011. Consequently, the warrant holders of AGLIHI (HOT EDS) will not be eligible to receive an Anglo American plc dividend of 185.98 cents per security on Thursday, 15 September 2011.
