At the general meeting of the shareholders of Metrofile Holdings held           
today, 4 August 2011, the special resolutions pertaining to the                 
following, were unanimously approved:                                           
*    financial assistance to related or inter-related entities within the       
    Company; and                                                                
*    payment of non-executive directors` fees and fees to related
