KDV - Kaydav Group Limited - Trading statement for the six months ended 30 June 2011 KAYDAV GROUP LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 2006/038698/06) JSE code: KDV & ISIN: ZAE000108940 ("KayDav" or "the company") TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2011 In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE Listings Requirements"), companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. KayDav accordingly advises shareholders that it is expecting earnings and headline earnings per share of between 3.0 and 3.2 cents for the six months ended 30 June 2011 compared to earnings and headline earnings per share of 1.6 cents for the six months ended 30 June 2010, representing an increase of between 88% and 100%. Earnings and headline earnings per share are based on a weighted average number of shares in issue of 183 566 511 (June 2010: 213 504 505). The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been audited or reviewed by the company`s auditors.
