NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING                                                       
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of Sentula will be held at 15:00  
at Ground Floor, Building 14, Woodlands Office Park, Woodmead, on Wednesday,    
24 August 2011 for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with  
or without modification, the following resolutions:                             
*    Approval of financial assistance as contemplated in sections 44 and 45 of  
    the Companies Act; and                                                      
*    Granting the directors authority to take all such actions necessary to     
    implement the above resolution.                                             
Further to the promulgation of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act") on 1 May
2011, the Company seeks shareholder approval for the abovementioned special     
resolution. Shareholders will be advised of additional changes that will be made
to align the Company`s Memorandum of Incorporation to the Act in the Notice of  
Annual General Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders by no later than 30  
September 2011.                                                                 
The Notice of the meeting was posted to shareholders, as recorded in the share  
register on Friday, 15 July 2011, on Wednesday, 20 July 2011.                   
Shareholders are however advised that the Notice incorrectly stated the last day
to trade, to be entitled to vote, as Friday, 12 August 2011.  For clarification,
the correction of the Notice is stated below:                                   
In terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of the Companies Act, the 
General Meeting is to be participated in and voted at by holders as at record   
date of 12 August 2011.  Accordingly, the last day to trade to be entitled to   
vote will be Thursday, 4 August 2011.
