Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their automatic option expiry which occurred on 30 June 2011 (see the related securities above). On 30 June 2011 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 2848.53, therefore the Autocalls automatically exercise and expire on the 30 June 2011, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows: (Reference Amount + (1 x 12%)) x CCF Reference Amount = 942.00/9.42 CCF = 9.8025 The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 30 June 2011 will automatically accrue to the holder via instruction through STRATE. Holders will receive R1097.88 on 14 July 2011 for every warrant held.
