CSB - Cashbuild Limited - Changes to the board of directors Cashbuild Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1986/001503/06) Share code: CSB ISIN: ZAE000028320 ("Cashbuild") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Cashbuild shareholders are advised that Mr Alistair Knock and Dr Simo Lushaba have been appointed as independent non-executive directors to the board of directors of Cashbuild with effect from 1 July 2011. Mr Alistair Knock is a Professional Engineer, having held the position of General Manager at Anglo Platinum Ltd for the past seventeen years, retiring at 31 December 2010. Mr Knock has previously served on the Mining SETA board as well as the SAP Africa User Group board, amongst other directorships. Mr Knock has served as the chairman of Cashbuild`s IT governance meetings for the past three years. Dr Simo Lushaba holds an Honours BSc. in Advanced Biochemistry as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration. Dr Lushaba has a wealth of board experience, having served several company directorships previously and currently serving a number of directorships, including Harmony Gold Ltd and Council of the University of Johannesburg.
