Further to the cautionary announcements dated 22 November 2010, 05 January 2011,
17 February 2011, 01 April 2011 and 20 May 2011 respectively, shareholders are  
advised that the company is still in negotiations with Dale Private Equity CC.  
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when      
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
