ZCI - ZCI Limited - Trading statement ZCI Limited (Bermudian registration number 661:1969 (South African registration number 1970/000023/10) JSE share code: ZCI ISIN: BMG9887P1068 Euronext share code: BMG9887P1068 ("ZCI" or "the Company") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of section 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period. Shareholders are advised that ZCI is currently finalising its results for the year ended 31 March 2011. ZCI is expecting a loss per share of between 7 and 9 US cents per share which is down from earnings per share of 33.50 US cents per share for the comparative period and headline loss per share between 7 and 9 US cents per share up from a loss of 27.40 US cents per share for the comparative period. The financial information on which this trading statement is based is being reviewed by ZCI`s auditors.
