Domenic is the Group`s Director of Corporate Finance and Development, with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and development. During his career with SABMiller, he has been involved in many of its key transactions, including Pilsner Urquell, Miller Brewing Company, Peroni, Bavaria and Grolsch, and the formation of the MillerCoors joint venture. He joined SABMiller`s corporate finance team in 1996 from UAL Investment Bank in South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA), completing his articles at Arthur Young, and was educated at the University of Cape Town and Marist Brothers St Josephs College, Cape Town. He is based in the UK.
