Resignation of a Director                                                       
Firestone Energy Limited (Firestone) (ASX/JSE: FSE), wishes to advise that      
Mr Peter Tshisevhe has resigned from his position as a Director of the          
Company with immediate effect.                                                  
Mr Tshisevhe resigns due to personal reasons, the Company wishes to thank Mr    
Tshisevhe for his contribution to the Board and wishes him every success in     
the future.
