RBA - RBA Holdings Limited - Operational update RBA Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 1999/009701/06) (JSE code: RBA ISIN: ZAE000104154) ("RBA" or "the group") OPERATIONAL UPDATE The group is experiencing an improvement in its operational activities and wishes to update shareholders on the position as at 2 June 2011. 389 bond applications are approved and are awaiting registration. RBA is awaiting a response in respect of 397 applications for end user finance that have been submitted to various financial institutions. The Birchacres ext 44 project, comprising of 238 opportunities, is now registrable and the first batch of deals has been lodged in the deeds office. In the light of this project and the Bram Fischerville and Devland projects which continue to run smoothly, RBA expects to register between 700 and 800 deals during the 2011 financial year. The National Housing Finance Corporation has agreed to finance the building of 152 affordable housing units for rental in Protea Glen, Soweto.
