TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the affidavit of JOHN ANTHONY TAYLOR filed herewith will be used in support of this application. TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you wish to oppose this application, you are required to: (a) Within two (2) days of service of this application on you, to notify the Applicants` attorneys in writing that you intend to oppose the application and in such notice to appoint an address referred to in Rule 6(5)(b) at which you will accept notice and service of all documents in these proceedings; and (b) Within 5 (FIVE) days after you have so given notice of your intention to oppose the application, to file your answering affidavits, if any.
