The management of Northam is pleased to advise that its Level 1 ADR facility was
launched today. The shares will trade on the over the counter (OTC) market  in  
the  United  States  of America where one ADR represents  1  Northam  ordinary  
share.                                                                          
Northam has appointed the Bank of New York Mellon as the Depositary Bank.
