DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TBS SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TIGER BRANDS LIMITED  
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to TIGER BRANDS       
LIMITED (TBS) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend     
amount of 281 cents per TBSNIG share instalment that is payable on Monday, 04   
July 2011.                                                                      
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 24 June 2011. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 27 June 2011  and the record date
is Friday 01 July 2011.
