CPI - Capitec Bank Holdings Limited - Results of The Annual General Meeting and approval of cash dividend CAPITEC BANK HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1999/025903/06) Registered bank controlling company (JSE share code: CPI ISIN: ZAE000035861) ("Capitec") RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPROVAL OF CASH DIVIDEND At the annual general meeting of Capitec shareholders held on Friday, 3 June 2011, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all ordinary and special resolutions tabled at the meeting, including the payment of a cash dividend of 205c per ordinary share. The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
