Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting held today, 2 June  
2011, all ordinary and special resolutions, as specified in the notice of the   
meeting, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.                 
The special resolution will be sent to Companies and Intellectual Property      
Commission ("CIPC")for filing in due course.
