APPOINTMENT OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS    
The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Malcolm McCulloch as     
non-executive director and chairman of the board from 1 June 2011.              
Malcolm McCulloch, a chartered accountant, has extensive experience (more       
than 25 years) in the construction, engineering and steel industries.  He is    
currently a director of WBHO, Capital Africa Steel and Symo as well as          
an independent non-executive deputy chairman of the Kelly Group and chairman    
of Wilderness Holdings.  He has also used his extensive business knowledge in   
several business turnarounds in the past.                                       
Mr Rynhardt van Rooyen acting chairman will retire as chairman of the board     
but remains the chairman of the Audit Committee.
