Mr CJ Patricios has been appointed as financial director of the Company. The Board extends its gratitude to Ms Ighodaro for her contribution during her tenure and welcomes Chris Patricios to the Board. Chris is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Primedia Holdings I Limited. Prior to that he served as Financial Director of a division of Servest (Pty) Ltd. He worked within KPMG`s Hospitality and Leisure business unit for three years and prior to that had spent two years with Credit Suisse in London. Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) on completion of his articles at KPMG in 2002 and he holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting degrees, both from the University of Witwatersrand.
