RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                                           
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE          
Limited, RBA`s shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Lehlohonolo Tondi        
(Andy) has resigned as independent non-executive director with effect from 26   
May 2011. The Board wishes to thank Andy for his valued contributions to RBA    
over the past four years and wishes him well in his future endeavors. Steps     
are being taken to ensure that the vacancy is filled as soon as possible.
