ISB - Insimbi - Further Trading Update Insimbi Refractory and Alloy Supplies Limited Formerly Insimbi Alloy Supplies (Proprietary) Limited (Registration number 2002/029821/06) JSE share code: ISB ISIN Number: ZAE000116828 ("Insimbi" or "the company") FURTHER TRADING UPDATE Shareholders are referred to the trading statement published on SENS on 24 May 2011, and are advised that the company has obtained more certainty regarding their financial results for the year ending 28 February 2011. Accordingly, the attributable earnings per share ("EPS") is now expected to be between 8% and 20% higher when compared to the same reporting period in the previous year and headline earnings per share ("HEPS") between 2% and 10% lower when compared to the same reporting period in the previous year, and and not 21% and 26% higher and 4% and 6% higher respectively as indicated previously. We confirm that the financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed by the Group`s auditors and the results for the year ending 28 February 2011 are expected to be released on or about 30 May 2011.
