CPL - Capital - Changes to the Board of Directors of PFM Capital Property Fund Share Code: CPL ISIN: ZAE000001731 ("Capital") (A portfolio in Capital Property Trust Scheme, a Collective Investment Scheme in Property established in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, No 45 of 2002) Managed by Property Fund Managers Limited (Registration No. 1980/009531/06) ("PFM") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PFM Following the acquisition by Capital of all the linked units in Pangbourne Properties Limited ("Pangbourne"), as detailed in the circular issued on Thursday, 3 February 2011 and which transaction was implemented on or about Monday, 4 April 2011, the Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes has now approved the following appointments to the PFM board: - Iraj Abedian and Trurman Zuma (who were non-executive directors of Pangbourne) have been appointed non-executive directors of PFM; and - Barry Stuhler (who was the managing director of Pangbourne) has been appointed as the managing director of PFM. Andrew Texeira, previously the managing director of PFM, remains an executive director. Rowland Chute, Jorge da Costa and Tracey Visser have resigned as directors. Inge Pick has been appointed as company secretary.
