Notes issued after 19 May 2011 in terms of African Bank`s DMTN programme, will be subject to the restated programme memorandum. The 2001 programme memorandum and its update supplements will continue to apply to notes issued prior to 19 May 2011. The 2001 programme memorandum, its update supplements and the restated programme memorandum are available for inspection at the registered office of African Bank Limited and can also be accessed on the website at www.abil.co.za.
