ACL - ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited - Forfeiture of unclaimed dividends ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 1989/002164/06) Share code: ACL ISIN: ZAE000134961 ("the Company") FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS In terms of Article 39.5 of the Articles of Association of the Company, all dividends remaining unclaimed for a period of not less than 3 (three) years from the date on which they became payable ("unclaimed dividends"), may be forfeited by resolution of the Board of Directors ("Board") for the benefit of the Company. The Board approved the recommendation of the Audit and Risk Committee that the unclaimed dividends for the period from 1991 to March 2007 be forfeited for the benefit of The ArcelorMittal South Africa Foundation("Foundation"). The Foundation implements corporate social responsibility projects in the company geographical footprint in the areas of education, health, infrastructure and social development. Shareholders of the Company (previously known as Iscor Limited, Ispat Iscor Limited and Mittal Steel South Africa Limited) are informed that unclaimed dividends will be forfeited if not claimed within 60 calendar days from the date of this announcement and will be forfeited for the benefit of the Foundation.
