BDM - Buildmax Limited - Changes to the board of directors Buildmax Limited (Registration No. 1995/012209/06) Share Code: BDM ISIN Code:ZAE000011250 ("Buildmax") CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Anil Maharaj has resigned as non executive director of Buildmax on 16 May 2011. The board thanks Anil for his valuable contribution to Buildmax over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours. Shareholders are also advised that Graeme Montgomery has been appointed as a non executive director of Buildmax with effect from 1 June 2011. Mr Montgomery holds a BA, LLB degree from the University of Cape Town as well as an MBA from Henley. He joined Brait in January 2010 after spending 10 years at the Standard Bank Group. While at Standard Bank, Graeme held the positions of Head of the Corporate Banking Division as well as Head of the Private Bank.
