Shareholders are advised that the headline earnings per share ("HEPS") for the year ended 28 February 2011 are expected to be approximately 52% lower than the HEPS for the prior year. As a result of an impairment to the carrying value of goodwill of approximately R154 million, the earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be a loss in the current year of approximately 30 cents. The group is in the final stages of finalising its audited resulted for the year ended 28 February 2011 which are expected to be published on SENS on 16 May 2011.
