Additionally, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr JN Snell as an independent non-executive director of the company. Mr JN Snell will serve as a member of the audit committee with immediate effect. Mr JN Snell (37) is the financial director of Abland (Pty) Ltd, a company involved in the property sector. Mr JN Snell has been involved in the property sector since 2004.
