Jeff has been appointed to the board with effect from 1 May 2011. Jeff is a Chartered Accountant and is the founder and chief executive of Uranus Investment Holdings. He is a founding member and former president of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants, was chairperson of the Public Accountants and Auditors Board in 1995 and a former CEO of the Financial Services Board. He is also a trustee of the IFRS Foundation. Jeff was appointed to the board of Pick n Pay Stores Limited in 2007 and in this capacity has provided invaluable advice to the company over the years. Other listed company directorships include MTN Group Limited and Exxaro Resources Limited.
