APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                          
In accordance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE         
Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised of the following        
appointments to the board of the Company, with effect from 3 May 2011.          
Mr. James Verster ("James") has been appointed as an executive director.        
He obtained a degree in Electrical engineering (B-Eng) at the University of     
Stellenbosch in 1988. James completed an MBA at the University of Cape Town`s   
Graduate Business School in 2004.  James`s work career spans 22 years at the    
Reunert Group in various capacities including being appointed the Group         
Business Development Manager as part of the executive management team at        
Reunert in 2010.                                                                
Mr. Gerrit Pretorius ("Boel") has been appointed as an independent non-         
executive director.                                                             
Boel has obtained a B-Sc, B-Eng and LLB from the University of Stellenbosch.    
He began his career with Fuchs Electronics as a development engineer. Fuchs     
Electronics was acquired by the Barlow Rand Group in the 1970`s. The Reunert    
Group was later unbundled from the Barlow Rand Group where he held various      
executive positions. He joined the Reunert Ltd board in 1991 and was appointed  
CEO in 1997 until he retired in 2010.                                           
The board welcomes the appointment of James and Boel and looks forward to       
their valued contribution.
