Shareholders are referred to the trading statement published by the Company on  
22 March 2011 where it was  advised that the results for the year ended 28      
February 2011 ("the Results") will be released by no later than 6 May 2011.     
Shareholders are further advised that the Results will now be released at a     
later date, which date will be communicated to shareholders in due course.
