RIN - Redefine Properties International Limited - Debenture Interest Distribution Finalisation Announcement Redefine Properties International Limited (formerly Kalpafon Limited) (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2010/009284/06) JSE share code: RIN ISIN Code: ZAE000149282 ("the Company") DEBENTURE INTEREST DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT Further to the debenture interest declaration set out in the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2011 announcement, which was published on SENS on 3 May 2011, linked unitholders are advised that the GBP:ZAR exchange rate for the interest distribution, payable on 30 May 2011, has been set at GBP1:ZAR10.97. This is the effective forward rate of exchange from today`s date to 26 May 2011, being the date on which the Company will receive the pound sterling divided from its subsidiary, Redefine International plc.
