Shareholders are advised that the abridged group interim financial information was prepared in accordance with IAS 34 - Interim financial reporting, as well as the AC 500 standards and should be read in conjunction with the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2010, which have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"), the South African Companies Act, 1973, as amended and the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
