The company has a 74% shareholding in the joint venture. The documentation also confirmed the change of Resource Generation`s BEE partner in Ledjadja to Fairy Wing Trading 136 (Pty) Limited. Paul Jury, managing director of Resource Generation, said: `This is a major step in the development of the Boikarabelo mine, which is expected to begin production in late 2013.
