WWR - White Water Resources Limited - Cancellation of Prospecting Rights Agreement WHITE WATER RESOURCES LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1933/004523/06) Share code: WWR ISIN:ZAE000130712 ("White Water Resources" or "the Company") CANCELLATION OF PROSPECTING RIGHTS AGREEMENT Shareholders are referred to paragraph 18.1.1 of the Acquisition Circular dated 25 February 2011 ("Circular") and, using the terms defined in the Circular, are advised that the Prospecting Rights Agreement entered into between White Water Limited, White Water Gold, the Company (under its former name, Matodzi Resources Limited) and Covenant on 24 August 2005, for the sale by White Water Resources to White Water Gold of the Wit Nigel Prospecting Right ("Prospecting Right") and certain surface right permits, has been cancelled by the Company. The intended transfer of the Prospecting Right and the surface right permits to White Water Gold will accordingly no longer be proceeded with by the Company, who will remain the owner of these assets. The Company is proceeding with a drilling programme on the area covered by the Prospecting Right.
