TDH - Tradehold Limited - Trading statement Tradehold Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1970/009054/06) JSE code: TDH ISIN: ZAE000152658 ("the Company") TRADING STATEMENT In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Headline Earnings per Share ("HEPS") are expected to be a loss of between 9,4 and 10,0 pence per share and Earnings per Share ("EPS") are expected to be a profit of between 3,2 and 3,8 pence per share for the year ended 28 February 2011. The expected HEPS and EPS for the year ended 28 February 2011 take into account the effect of the share consolidation on the basis of 1 share for every 10 shares held that became effective on 31 January 2011. It is anticipated that the results for the year ended 28 February 2011 will be published on or about 20 May 2011. The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors.
