The board of directors of Command has agreed to treat the request as a requisition notice in terms of section 181(1) of the Companies Act No. 61 of 1973, as amended, and to convene a general meeting of Command shareholders for this purpose. Command shareholders are hereby advised that a circular containing all of the salient details regarding the above was posted to registered Command shareholders today.
