VUN - Vunani Limited - Cautionary announcement VUNANI LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1997/020641/06) JSE code: VUN ISIN: ZAE000110359 ("Vunani" or "the company") CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT Shareholders are advised that the board and shareholders of the Vunani Property Investment Fund (Pty) Ltd. ("VPIF") have passed a resolution, inter alia, authorising VPIF to list on the main board of the JSE. VPIF is 50,2% owned by Vunani Properties (Pty) Ltd., which is in turn owned 78% by Vunani Limited. The rationale for the listing is primarily to enable VPIF to raise fresh capital from institutional and private investors. The board of VPIF has commenced work on preparing the company for listing and obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals required. Details of the private placement of VPIF linked units, timing of the listing of VPIF and its financial effects on Vunani shall be provided as and when this becomes available. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
