Shareholders are advised that Mr Danie Wessels, the Financial Director and      
Company Secretary, has resigned from the board with immediate effect.           
Mr John Donnelly has been appointed as the Financial Director and Company       
Secretary with immediate effect.                                                
John Donnelly is a CA (SA) and was previously a managing partner at Arthur      
Andersen, with more than 25 years of accounting and commercial experience.
