APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD                              
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Clyde David Lok ("Clyde") has been appointed  
as a non-executive director of William Tell ("the Board") with immediate effect.
Clyde qualified as a chartered accountant in 1972, has not practiced as such,   
but has been involved in a number of companies since 1976 as an executive       
director and major shareholder. The two most prominent companies Clyde has been 
involved with recently include Dunlop Industrial Products (Pty) Limited         
(executive director & shareholder) and as a non executive director of Nenana    
Management Services (Pty) Ltd which is the local holding company of the German  
Rema Tip Top group of companies.                                                
The Board extends a warm welcome to Clyde and looks forward to his valued       
contribution in the future.                                                     
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND REMOVAL AS A DIRECTOR OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE      
OFFICER                                                                         
Shareholders are advised that the Board resolved on Thursday 7 April 2011 to    
remove Mr. Barry Philip Lok ("Barry") as chief executive officer and as a       
director of the Company with effect 08:00 today, 8 April 2011.  Mr. Ralph       
Patmore, the independent non-executive chairman of the Board, will act as       
interim chief executive officer until a new appointment has been made.          
The Board would like to thank Barry for his valued contributions to the Company.
